Agreement

For your information, please review the guidelines presented below, before submitting anything for publication on this site.

This site is dedicated to open-minded people everywhere who value their freedom. We do not make judgements, but listen and respect each other. You may not agree with a choice that someone makes, but you respect their right to make it and value the freedom that makes those choices possible.

That said, there are a few rules for this site.

1. There is to be an atmosphere of tolerance at all times. Individuals may disagree, but respect one anothers right to their own beliefs and choices.
2. At no time will any, slamming, hurtful converstation , racism, bigotry or discrimination of any kind be allowed here. If it becomes a problem, the chat and forum areas will become password protected, and offenders will be blocked.
3. All chats and Forums have written records that are the sole property of the webmaster, and excerpts may be used in other areas of this site. The use of these areas constitutes permission.
4. The webmaster has final say on all articles, graphics, etc. that are submitted for publication here. All works must be original and copyright free.
5. All works published here are used by permission, and the creator of those works agree to the following:
   • These will not be published on the internet anywhere else for 1 calendar month.
   • We reserve the right to maintain an online archive of all submissions for one calendar year and a storage archive for 2 years.
   • The creator retains all copyrights to the work and grants this site permission to publish, on the internet, their works.
   • It is understood that no payments of any kind are made, at this time. All creations are donated to the site for the purpose of publication.
   • We reserve the right to edit all submissions for errors, length or size.
   • We reserve the right to reject content we feel does not represent the spirit of this site, or material we feel is not original.
   • All submissions must include the follwing information:
     • email address
     • Full name or person submitting the item.
     • Full name of the person who created the item.
     • The age of the person who created the submission. (If younger than 18!)
   • Full names will be printed with the publication to ensure your copyright protection. (Last names may be withheld at the request of the submitter, however, this does not give you protection under the copyright laws.)
